Не работает
Очень хороший сайт.Потрясающее приложение.Именно этот сайт помог мне купить билет на паром когда официальный сайт отказывал в покупке.
Transfer to wallet still impossible. Add dates to calendar: DIY 5% discount only paid out after posting negative post telling about that failure. Still waiting for the 5% from yesterday’s booking. Suggestion: since Eurotunnel axed their frequent traveller vouchers for 10 bookings one way at 500€ which was a real advantage, they failed to make the same offer because of you guest it: COVID… Two years later still no new passes available. Eurotunnel is screwing is with horrendous prices which increased with at least a 100% with still a total lack of committed service. Ferries did upgrade their overal services but forgot to take advantage of their main competitor’s greed! Why don’t you with DFDS for instance offer frequent traveller passes at 10 crossings for 400€? Besides being a potent offer that would bring lots of bookings away from Eurotunnel, it would also bring loyal frequent travellers and quite a hefty and positive cash flow. Let me know your thoughts and fix the annoying bugs asap!

Application beaucoup trop lente et instable
It is so easy to book ,,,however, Try to amend something and you are Stonewall blanked, no communication, no contact, nothing. Book with this company at your cost.
Possibly the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. I was unable to login, the only way to contact them is through the app which did not recognise my email address and password ie no way to contact them, there is a phone number but a recording tells you to use app, stress was multiplied by travelling to a wedding the stress level was not worth any savings, I resorted to using facebook messenger to contact them so far no reply. Will not be recommending or using it again
