It is so easy to book ,,,however, Try to amend something and you are Stonewall blanked, no communication, no contact, nothing. Book with this company at your cost.
Possibly the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. I was unable to login, the only way to contact them is through the app which did not recognise my email address and password ie no way to contact them, there is a phone number but a recording tells you to use app, stress was multiplied by travelling to a wedding the stress level was not worth any savings, I resorted to using facebook messenger to contact them so far no reply. Will not be recommending or using it again

My friend recommended this app to me and so far I’m more than happy! Way easier to use than standard websites and always find best deals! Will be using again and again for sure !!!
I’m gutted of how their system works. You go on their website and look for a ticket and they raise up the price once you go to check out. Ticket was priced at £83.33, clicked to check out, filled out the details and when it comes to paying, “Oopss the price has gone up by 110%”. They’re literally baiting customers and once their on their website they take advantage. Absolutely disgusting I do not recommend, not sure why they can’t be upfront about their rates just like P&O or DFDS.
After attempting several times to book a ferry and receiving an unhelpful error message, my partner was able to successfully make the booking on the website. However, the wrong day was selected and we caught it immediately upon receiving the email confirmation. We attempted to Change the Return Date several times and received Failures with unhelpful error messages each time. There is no phone number available to speak with customer support. We attempted to use the ChatBubble but feedback and resolution is time consuming. The app needs significant improvement to resolve the Errors, modify the Error messages so they better describe the error, and offer an acceptable response time for customer support.
what is happening with the app? I log in and can open the portal, but it gets blocked after the first access! do something with it
