FaceID doesn’t work, even though it’s enabled. Logging in is a painful experience, can take upwards of 30 seconds to validate my password and even then it doesn’t always take me to the OTP screen. The entire usability needs to be reviewed..

AIA made claiming medical bills much much easy and faster compared to previous Great Eastern👍

One would imagine with the updates this app has, it would improve over time but it just gets worse and worse. I can never seem to log in on my first try and going from tab to tab takes forever to load.

Why you never differentiate this App and the other aia sg app? Only when I called the hotline wasting half an hour then i was informed this is the correct app for corporate user.

Required to update the app but unable to upgrade it from App Store. So now I’m left at the clinic being unable to present my insurance card…

Where is the button to submit claims? I can’t submit claims now. Find clinic near me hasn’t worked ever, as well as the pdf.
