Good app

Set up account. Asked to enter code sent to email address. Had 60 seconds to enter code, the email took more than a minute to arrive. Several attempts later finally got there. Made appointment and paid money. But to access appointment (in particular the QR code needed for appointment) need to enter a code sent to phone. No code ever arrives. No phone number in profile despite it being a mandatory field when setting up account. No way to edit profile to add phone number again. Of course, they don’t include the QR code in the email confirmation. Email support - will get back within 21 days! Useless. Not to mention that despite my date of birth being correct, the app calculates my age incorrectly. Completely unacceptable service. Do not use Raffles Medical for anything, if this is the level of service they provide.

I’ve used this app for about 10 months and all okay up to now. However, four days ago I booked a pre-departure PCR test through the app and since the latest update, I can no longer access the booking for the PCR test through the app - I’m not sure if this is related to the update, but it’s somewhat frustrating that when you book and pay for something through an app, I am now unable to find any reference to it. Perhaps the recent update is related to this issue?

The doctor was extremely patient and listened to what I had to say compared to previous doctors.

Been using it since 2022 and noticed so much has changed. Telecon has become better with more slots available earlier - it feels like the on-on-demand queue of other apps but with the flexibility of making an appointment at a more convenient time later. The app keeps all my medical records, including past appointments or health screenings with RMG, which makes it easy for me to remember my medical history. This is an app that felt wonky at the start but has been getting better continuously!

Was better the day after I consulted the doctor!

This is a total disaster app compared to my previous insurer. So difficult to use and there’s always a submission issue, be it the file type is invalid(pdf/jpeg also invalid) or other technical issues. Seriously not going to recommend this, will feedback to my HR to change insurer if this app continues like this. By the way, the Mediaccess website is just as bad. It’s as though they make it difficult for users to submit claims so you are fed up and dont submit. ZERO STAR!
