Awful!!!
What's happened to this application? Its terrible! Every 3-4 seconds new messages, I can't check or book anything! All the time a error by a error!!! Doesn't work at all!!!
OTP не приходит
OTP не приходит, а без него приложение не дает пройти регистрацию. Замкнутый круг, делающий приложение бесполезным.
Doesn't work
I had 3 flights this month with AirAsia. I was able to check in only once with difficulty. The application just hangs at the check in stage. At least via Wi-Fi, at least via cellular communication. Besides, I couldn't add my bookings in the app
The worst airline!
I had a very negative experience with this airline. They moved the flight for 6 hours, for which I had purchased tickets. Because of this, I did not have time for the connecting flight at the airport of arrival. And accordingly, I was forced to cancel the flight. I informed the airline about this in advance, but they refused to refund me for the purchased tickets. Thus, due to the actions of Air Asia, I lost my money.
Kiwi ruined everything
I’ve been using the app for many years every since it wasn’t called “AirAsia Move”. However, recently I’ve got a problem when tried to book a flight. It repeatedly says “something went wrong”. Also, it asks me to use Kiwi.com. Whatever you’re trying to do with Kiwi, please get it right as soon as possible. This Kiwi collaboration of yours really has ruined my overall experience.
Airasia sends you to scammers kiwi.com from the app
Seems airasia decided to stop being trustworthy company so they just start selling tickets in their app and website through scammers kiwi.com. Just check their reviews! They are really scammers. There is no any guarantee to receive proper tickets, service or refund. And airasia hides that you are buying tickets actually from them. That’s really scam and disaster. I was always the biggest fan of airasia, but seems no anymore. That’s extremely sad. And overall, after my review, my points and my elite level disappeared from the app. That’s really insane
OTP is not OTP
The application forces the user to enter a phone number, without which it is impossible to use the account. While I was sorting out which region the OTP SMS would be sent to, my account was blocked... By the way, the Chinese number is an invalid entry, the Kazakhstan number is impossible to send to this number, the Russian number - the code does not arrive. When I finally found the 4th country where the code arrives - the code had already expired. This is the first time I have seen such a stupid implementation of user authorization, and I probably have all the applications in Eurasia... Shame on the developers 🦨
Very bad app
Glitchy service! Be ready to book your ticket, get charged and then the app will show you an error screen. Support chat bot offers no help, it is useless
