Хорошее приложение. Не хватает русского языка
I love the unit but the app has practically zero Bluetooth connectivity. The only troubleshooting step provided is to make sure the unit is in pairing mode and to ensure you have the latest version of the app but even with those thing the unit WILL. NEVER. PAIR. It’s beyond frustrating.
The machine works well for travel , but with two caveats. I cannot see in the App how to change the time zone, which means the hours I’ve slept is reset sometime in the middle of the night. Secondly, I’d love an electric plug adapter for international travel, much like an apple product, that is easily changed.
It’s very frustrating that the data from AirMini (travel machine) and Air Sense (primary machine) is not combined by my one email addressed account. I see many others asking that the data is assessable for doctors, insurance. I use one of the two machines every day but the doctors and insurance only see the AirSense without extra effort, therefore I have a gap in my usage history every time I use AirMini. It makes no sense that this isn’t easily combined by “patient.”
Presumably, the Air Mini is used for travel. However, the app does not allow you to set a time zone. Per the developers, you must uninstall and reinstall the app in your current time zone. I was told that they were working on it. However, it has been almost a year. Secondly, there are 2 separate apps for the AirSens 11 and the AirMini. There is NO reason why it cannot be made into 1 app. The machines are great, the apps are clunky
Like many people, my brand new mini wont connect. Absurd in this day and time to have these kinda of bugs, especially with a medical device that is overpriced to ensure quality assurance. Shame.
Why can’t we pull a compliance report similar to the MyAir app? This is a huge mistake and I cannot recommend this product until resmed allows that and allows the machines to synch in the report. Why else would I have a travel machine?
App repeatedly looses Bluetooth connection with air mini. It cannot reconnect most of the time. Basically useless.
This app which is necessary to control the mini is worthless. It offers minor abilities to set anything. Has no go back function. Really not worth taking the time to download
On both this AirMini app page and on the myAir app reviews, the complete lack of integrated reporting is time and time again posted by dual device users. Never ANY response from ResMed regarding the inability to see both AirMini and AirSense devices on a single report. No ability for a user to print a report of AirMini usage. Physicians say it’s a pain, medical equipment people say it’s a pain, and the users who bought two devices say it’s a pain. Year after year. The last AirMini app update was more than a year ago… ResMed makes great devices, but has the absolute worst customer service.
