Airvet for Pet Parents

I have used Airvet a few times now they are wonderful. It really does. Let you know if what’s going on with your dog cat is something that you need to worry about emergency wise, but also just basic questions. I found a little kitten yesterday they help me determine the age, I already could tell what the sex was but this little kitten does have a deformity. And I was able to talk to one of the vets and regards to whether or not that’s something that we should be concerned with and how to move forward, we will end up keeping little Oreobecause she’s a sweetie.

Waisted 35 bucks on a app subscription described as tela health so I didn’t have to take my dog in to the vet . She got kennel cough from her last grooming (and is contagious ) . all this app did was charge me 35 bucks to say take your dog into the vet anyways . Which is what I the description of the services the app offered was supposed to be included in the membership fee . Nope it’s vet techs answering questions and just saying you need to take your dog in and spend money . Save time and money just take your dog in to the vet and skip this app .

Tonight was the first time I used this app because I came home to my dogs surgical sutures opened near his elbow and Dr. Smith reassured me this was common and not an emergency. Definitely a helpful app to have available for our loved pets.

How much does the emergency room cost? It is so much better for an uncomfortable pet to stay home and hopefully problem solve than sit in an ER, growing more panicked. Every single vet has been fantastic. 5/5 vets

“Instant 24/7 virtual care at no cost to you” yeah ok. You have to pay $30 a month or a $75 dollar fee to get on a video call

After their recent policy update that new members would not qualify for the $3000 emergency fund, they all of a sudden started having issues with charging the card that’s been completely fine for months and months. I even added a new card and they didn’t try to charge that one. So they ended up cancelling my service and now if I join again I’m sure the card will charge just fine, but I won’t have the emergency fund. Shameful business practices.

My dog got sick late at night on Saturday and I was able to speak to a vet within minutes to figure out what was going on. I don’t know what I did before this app.

My dog had diarrhea for a few days and that had never happened before, one day maybe, but no more than that. I was getting worried but she seemed totally fine and happy otherwise. The vet was closed that day so my only option was the ER. Google is the worst place to go when you’re already anxious about your pet’s health, so I downloaded Airvet for some peace of mind. I ended up chatting with a vet over 2 days, they told me it didn’t seem urgent based on what I described and showed them in pictures. We tried a bland diet for 2 days and when that didn’t help, they helped morally support me through making a vet appt and even checked up on me to see how we were doing. Just having a friendly voice and knowledgeable advice during the stressful time was worth the money! This saved me an unnecessary trip to the ER and gave me peace of mind knowing it was something to wait and watch vs get worked up about. I highly recommend!!!!

This is the second time using Airvet. Each time has saved me a trip to the ER. My call was answered within 1 minute. I love that the call is summarized and I can follow-up for 3 days. Great service!
