Pawp: 24/7 Vet & Pet Care

We were skeptical about trying Pawp but because we had a free trial with Walmart+ decided to give them a try. We hadn’t ever tried them out but then the unexpected happened! Our sweet puppy was attacked while we were out on a walk by an unleashed dog! 😢 We frantically rushed home and I contacted Pawp. I got a Vet on the line almost immediately and the Veterinarian assessed our pup’s wounds and advised we go the the ED. We are SO thankful for her advice and our puppy is back to her spunky self. Thank you, Pawp!

Fraudulent business practices and 0 customer support

I love this app. The user interface is sleek and easy to use, and the service itself is great too. Since this is included with my Walmart+ subscription, it’s an easy and much cheaper alternative to going to the vet with a question and paying a vet visit fee just to find out my cat will be alright or just to monitor him for a few weeks. I enjoy that you are given care plans and push notifications for follow ups after you talk to a vet in the app too. All around a great app but I can’t wait to see more features built into it.

Signed up, took my Apple Pay info, next screen asks for email and sms confirmation, but consistently responds with Something Went Wrong : Value too long for type character varying (2) This prevents getting into the app and actually using the service. Not a good first experience.

App crashed on every button I click

My dog needed emergency surgery I spent last that I had and pawp reimbursed me with no problem Thanks pawp a must have 😃

Terrible app and not worth over 300 dollars a year. No I do not want to update my review or contact you for anything else as you are a failure of a company as a matter of my dogs Emergency that he had.

I love Pawp. Although I haven’t had to use the emergency fund yet thankfully, I’ve used the online vet feature many times. It’s always so helpful, caring, and clear about next steps. We’ve even done a video chat so they could better help us with the issue. Can’t recommend enough!

We had an emergency. Our dog had been sick a couple of times in one day. We put him on a bland diet and waited. The next day he stopped eating and drinking and we knew something wasn’t right. I chatted with a team member on Pawp and they agreed, time to go to the emergency vet. Off we went and a couple of X-rays later we say two foreign objects that our little pug had ingested. One scope procedure and intestinal surgery later, our little guy was on the road to recovery. I submitted my claim and a few days later was approved for reimbursement. Having the peace of mind knowing that this plan was there made any decisions about his health fast and easy. Can’t thank the Pawp team enough for being there when we needed it.
