No funciona tras de los últimos actualizaciones. La versión antigua no tenía ningún problema. La nueva primero que no reconocía la cuenta. Vale, la introduje, bien. Pero no encendía las zonas. Permanecían prendidas y pasar de un rato volvían a su estado anterior. La nueva versión de las últimas me dejaron de usar la app en total, marcando que no existe usuario registrado con estos datos. Un desastre. Los desarrollados no sigan la regla común en su sector. No tocar lo que funciona bien. Estamos muy indignados.

The support folks have become much more responsive and helpful. Things are now working as they should. They rolled out a firmware update that seems to have helped stabilize the adapter. They also suggested that I improve my network in order to give the adapter a better connection. So far, all seems to be much better and more reliable. <<Please be aware that if you are an individual, you will get inadequate support at best when you need it. I literally just received another message indicating that I need to go through an HVAC technician to deal with their product. This is problematic for several reasons. This product can be purchased by any individual on Amazon. It can also be purchased through HVAC distributors that don’t ask if you are a licensed technician. Further, the HVAC technician that I hired had no idea how to install the product. I ended up doing it myself. But let’s say you have this product and it doesn’t work or you need help with it, you can’t simply get support on your own like you can for most of the products you buy. You’ll have to make an appointment with your technician and pay their fees to help you resolve unit issues. It also seems that there is a disconnect among those replying to emails and message. Some support staff attemp to try to be helpful. While others simply disregard your problems, if you are not a technician. It appears that Arizona’s issues are either one of or combined: Poor product design Poor app, design, and execution Lack of adequate number of support staff to handle consumer issues So, if you are going to buy this product, just go in with open eyes.>>

I am using this app to connect to an Aidoo and control a third party thermostat. Two days after finally getting it to work, the app stopped functioning properly. I was notified of an update. Installed it. It worked for a day. And once again, the app is broken. Due to the limitations of my system, I don’t have any other options. I love the idea and promise of the Airzone and its app. But it just really isn’t ready for prime time. It’s simply disappointing.

Does not work properly with a any thermostat most functions that were supposed to be released like duel fuel capabilities are not there. The only way this works ok is if you use their App to control your unit. My recommendations Buy any smart thermostat and use the Mitsubishi thermostat interface you will not have all of the VRF benefits but at the End you will be able to control it better and Comfortable for you.

Ugh!! This app is constantly reverting back to displaying the temp at the HVAC unit itself as opposed to the thermostat. I have an aidoo airzone pro hooked up to a Mitsubishi unit and ecobee. Honestly I don’t care what the temperature is in the attic. It should only ever tell me the temp at the ecobee. If I want the other details I can go into the airtools settings.

Connected the app to wifi module the first time and for some reason it changed the wired thermostat to Celsius. Then the module lost wifi so I bought an extender and reconnected, this time no Celsius but now the app always reads 2 degrees colder than the wired thermostat. So when the app says it’s heating, it’s really not.

It works, but usability leaves a lot to be desired. The icons don’t have great details to understand what each does. I guess the little sun thing is heat? My UI also doesn’t show any of the extra status like the pictures in the app do. No “good” or fan status or humidity. Just a temperature and nothing else. Who knows what’s wrong as there really is no help or no instructions

I am an iOS developer and engineer working in connected devices. I will use this junk app as an example of what incompetently designed and built apps are like. This app is beyond useless and we’re back to using the wal touch panels. Spend the money and get designers and developers to redo your entire tech staff. I would be ashamed of this junk.

Todos los días se bloquea, se queda pillada y al final hay que eliminar la apo y volver a instalar. Para ser algo que debe resultar cómodo y útil en tiempo teales todo lo contrario, perdida de tiempo e imposibilidad de controlar.

Me ha resultado fácil usar y comprender su funcionamiento. Valoro mucho poder manejar todo desde el móvil, tanto la temperatura, como el encendido y apagado, dentro y fuera de casa. También puede consultarse en la app el precio de la luz, para un mayor control del ahorro. Muy completa.
