Since the update, not working on iOS 15.8.3 and it won’t download the older app version. How many thousands with an older OS are now denied the Aldi app? Doesn’t anyone actually check these things out? Very poor show.

Cannot access the app today. Shows the app needs updating before I can continue but no update is available. Needs fixing. I’ve had the app for years and have had no issues until today UPDATE: still not working on my iPad since the last update. When I try to open the app it says to update but there is no update Needs to be fixed asap

Used to be able to buy online from special buys. Now it just allows you to fav it. Whats the point in that. Now deleted app as have no use for it.

The latest update won’t work on my iPhone 6S with iOS 15.8.3. Unlike some other apps, no option to install an older version.

I have iPhone 6s Plus that doesn’t have capability to upgrade to operating system 16.0. When I download new Aldi Uk app it offered me last compatible application version, which I did. Problem is that it can not start as requesting upgrade of operating system to 16.0 which is not possible. Sort it or you will loose lots of older customer. Thank Dr Mihajlo Milic

We don’t all have the latest tech. Shame I can no longer use the App.

No matter what the problem, nothing changes. The call centre should be re-named the fob off centre, they mostly do not have a clue, or if they do then they just dodge the problem. Aldi must get away from all on-line presence in uk as they are incapable/unable to sort out problems, especially complaints about sub standard service. INEPTITUDE RULES.

Older ‘phones can’t use it.

The updated app is awful! It freezes and crashes every time I try to open the drop-down menu on specific special buys, e.g. to check different colours or sizes. There was nothing wrong with the old one, why change it?
