App does not work Does not allow you to submit queries

I’ve tried multiple occasions to try and register, but the process is the same continuously, after step 2 a person can’t go further then that.

The most useless app ever I can’t log in to my profile it’s been a year now nothing works whatsoever!

Captured beneficiaries on the website, but they are not reflecting on the app.

Hi, I cannot move past stage 2 of 4 steps to register.

The app is not helpful. I cannot access my data and in spite of many attempts my spouse is still not captured on your system as my only beneficiary.Again I cannot login with my password

Every menu item results in a blank page with a heading.

This app is really a waste of time, it shows you nothing, I can’t even pull a statement

This app is really not what I think of when I see Alex Forbes. Please improve it, we are now in 2024.

This is the most frustrating financial services app I have ever encountered It is always under maintenance Its functionality doesn’t work It’s security is non existent One cannot capture or change beneficiaries It is just plain poor from a supposed leading FS group in South Africa !!
