The signup button is non functioning so the WiFi functionality is useless. Completely ridiculous
I spent the extra $100 on the HDi65 to get the WiFi and have had nothing but issue. I put the unit in a crawl space and wanted the WiFi so I could monitor and adjust as needed without needing to go into the crawl space. The app has frequently (every 3-4 days) gone offline with no ability to login in or use the app. Everytime I call or email about it being offline they say there engineers are working the issue. Obviously something serious is wrong if they can’t keep the app running for more than 3-4 days at a time.
You need to fix your app.
Doesn’t work, sign up button doesn’t work and login button just spins
Can’t login to the app to use the Wi-Fi feature which cost me an extra 100 bucks for the Wi-Fi capability. Contacted support and they responded saying the exact opposite of what I explained so their solution was not helpful. I even had sent pictures. I explained this in my reply and they sent me a login Id and password to try. This still didn’t work and I responded telling them so. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard back. I can log into my account via the website so this seems very flakey that the app rejects my login. Won’t even recognize my email address to reset password.
Can you please FIX this app !!
After three days the app disconnected from the dehumidifier. For some reason the password wasn’t remembered by my iPhone but selecting “forgot password” doesn’t work - it fails to recognize the user name (an email address). The only alternative is to create a new account. I’ve done this twice. With both accounts it’s failing to recognize the user name and now I’m unable to use the app without creating a third email address. When it worked it was terrific and I’d have given 4 stars (4 because the history didn’t seem to work - I’d like to know how many hours it was on/off each day). Given the poor reviews, it’s about time Alorair chased up their developer or found a new one. While the dehumidifier appears to be very good, these terrible reviews for the app (which isn’t actually needed to run the thing) will lessen confidence in the company and lose them sales.
It seems like the submit button on the account creation page doesn’t work. It doesn’t give any response to a click. Almost like it is just an image and not actually defined as a button.
Please fix the "Sign Up" button, so I can create an account and attempt to use the app. Thanks.
