I like it and have found it to be helpful. I has a lot of cool features and helpful tips. However, the fact that I have to pay to “unlock more” is a bit discouraging and disappointing. I wish that everything could be available to use because honestly, no one should have to pay for help and healing. But since that’s how things work, I am grateful for the things on this app that are free and I hope one day it can be completely free for everyone.

so im doing a depression breathing exercise thing but when the timer is done it kicks me out, so i try again with a different type of breathing experience (this time for sleep) it kicked me out again! am i doing it wrong?

Assessment issues

I’m trying to set up a mental health path in the app and every time I try to do an assessment it kicks me out. It’s a little frustrating since I don’t know how to solve this issue. It could possibly be a bug so I would jus ask that this gets looked into and fixed at some point in time

The app crashes when loading an assessment; I deleted and reloaded, but same results. I’ll consider downloading the app again when this issue is fixed; I saw other similar reviews addressing this bug.

I was so excited for this app. It looks like it has amazing potential. I had tried twice to start an assessment but as soon as i click on it it closed out. So disappointing. I really wanted this to work. Yall have alot of potential here but still tons of work to do on it.

This app is very helpful when you need to just get your felling all out or if you simply just need someone to listen to all your information stays safe and you can do easy exercises to make you feel so much less stressed and a lot happier!!

Kinda let down by the app. Was expecting more. I want to delete my account but the app won’t let me.

Disappointing and Largely Unhelpful

While I don’t want to discredit the help the app has offered for others, I have found it largely unhelpful when applying it to my own circumstances primarily in trying to help me with motivation, social issues, and more positive thinking. The activities I’ve tried have never felt effective in combatting these issues whether in regards to the plans or the little bot. For example, I’m unmotivated, so I tell the boy and it’s like “cool maybe try listening to some upbeat music” and then I have to sit through 2 minutes of music in the style of “royalty free YouTube vlog music” which only combats my tired numbness by invoking frustration. I think some of the activities are just a bit too depersonalized for my own taste. Along this same line, being asked “how I feel” and then being given a limited number of emotions I’m allowed to feel (both by the limited options and the fact that you can only choose so many) I feel unable to truly log and assess my state of being.
