Please add translation status - pending or posted. It would also be very convenient to be able to switch between pages with swipes (which aren’t used now). Or, alternatively, move tabs to the bottom and home/feedback buttons to the top.

I appreciate my credit card from Amazon and I enjoy continuing building my credit with Amazon. my credit card does not have an expiration date and I can always use my credit card at any time that I need to. I think having financial opportunities and financial opportunities is always a good thing to build financial support.

The app is easy to use. I gave 4 stars because I am not a fan of receiving notifications saying a payment is due soon when I made a payment days ago and it’s still pending on the app. The system sees a payment is being made so it shouldn’t send reminders to make a payment for the cycle.

Always notifies me ahead of time before my bill is due. It is so easy to login and view history of recent / past purchases and pay my bill.

It’s a very basic synchrony type thing. So far it works like it’s supposed to. But the payments take a long time to post, and it can be hard not to forget that I made the payment because it can take a long time for them to draw from my bank account.

I liked a lot

Using the app was great until I transferred everything to a new phone. Now I can’t access the app without my password, user id, both of which are not in my saved passwords. Can’t access with Face ID either. The only way I can get in now is with customer service call only. I hate calling. It’s impossible, due to my disability. So tell me how I can get back into my account without having to use the phone?

Keep in mind synchrony bank is known to cut limits arbitrarily.
