It shows only information, and I cannot contact chat or call assist. However my company has ability to contact via chat and calls.

Zero customer service downgraded to economy class when booked in premium

The functionality of the app is very strong but the single sign on process is buggy. Having to switch over to Okta to bring in the dynamic password is a nuisance. The app also logged you out very frequently despite asking it to keep me logged in. Otherwise, the app is really good once you’re in.

I couldn’t even get logged in, I already have an account in work so I didn’t want to register a new account but it wouldn’t let me put my work email address in so I just deleted it, awful app.

I need this app to travel for work after switching from a previous vendor. Both website and app have technical issues and it is not possible to book travel. The app crashes immediately on startup. I’ve had a support case open for several weeks and there has been little to no progress with the only emails I’ve received from them have asked me to install the newest version. The version advised from their side was not the correct one and I had already highlighted the version I was using in my first support email.

The chat feature is basic and made useless by the fact that the app loses connection when you are on the move. Whilst your other apps, web browsing or media streaming apps work perfectly fine, the chat feature just disconnects, sometimes for long periods of time (e.g. 2 hours).

Escalated to customer support but worst help you could ever receive Case closed without solution Easy way out

Recent app update made this app useless and unable to login. The online customer support admitted error but unable to provide timeline for a fix. This is a PO issue is expect much quicker turn around. It really highlight the lack of customer focus that is genuinely disappointing. I would of expected better from AMEX !

Just awful experience. 7 sign on steps every time you need to use it (with our company SSON); functionality that is significantly poorer than any retail site (eg. Basic filtering, automatics display of all relevant detail, inadequate fare conditions and very limited change functionality. Give me back Concur!!!

Please add a feature that has your train and airline tickets available within the app. That would be really useful.
