I loaded this App for a flight I’ve booked with ANA in March. I can’t preload any information and it doesn’t recognise the flight I’ve booked, or my name or anything else. Frankly if this app is any reflection on the service the airline provide, I beginning to wish I’d booked with someone else. I’ve just spent another 2 hours trying to register the flight but I can’t. Totally useless!
Not able to issue mobile boarding passes via app. Even not able to send email address .
Unfortunately the app won’t accept any international bookings when you enter the ref / ticket number etc. This has now happened on over 4 bookings over several months. The app has never accepted one of my bookings. The website does without issue with the same info.
it’s as bad as their website. clunky and poorly designed. you go round in circles looking for information and i think they just want you to give up. other airlines are much better by comparison. it’s been so difficult preparing and gathering information that i will avoid using this airline in the future.
The app has almost no functionality and is very user-unfriendly. To find a booking there are “optional” fields, but these have to be filled in in order to proceed with the booking. However the details which have been sent over email do not correspond with any details requested by the app. Thoroughly confusing and a waste of time.
... flight app I’ve ever used. The web site is nearly as bad. Confusing, and you can lookup flights but not add them to your account! Really, really bad. I just hope the aeroplanes are made by different people.
If you book your flight on your computer you have no way of getting the booking onto the phone. You can only do this once you have completed the flight. So you still need to print off your e-ticket. So the app is really pointless.
It's immediately logged off by system just after successfully logging in.
If the membership card itself could be added into passbook it will be brilliant.
Worst app in recent days, fully build on webview without any consideration on user experiences.
