Every time I open it I have to login. Video feed from the hospital is choppy and not consistent. The video on the device in the hospital is also choppy so it’s not the internet.

It is great for seeing your/my baby

Great idea, but poorly executed. App takes forever to log on when it does eventually work. It would also be nice if it remembered my password and used Face ID like it says it will.

The majority of the time i cannot log in

This is a wonderful app. I have truly appreciated it, when it’s working. It isn’t working now. The nurses have no way of making it work. So I ,a grandma, have no way of watching my new grand daughter. Please get this up and running and fix any bugs that have allowed the cameras inoperable.

I’m a Grandma that lives 1,800 miles away! These app is a blessing for me to see my Grandson & all his progress! Gives me peace of mind , also for my Son & Daughter In-law that live over 100 miles from the hospital that there newborn is at. Thank you, it’s amazing !!!

This app is a blessing from God so I can see my granddaughter in the hospital. I’m too far away to visit but with this app I feel connected to her. Thank you so much!

The camera hasn’t worked since the first day our son was place in the NICU, 6days ago. Tech support defers to the hospital and there is nothing left to do to fix the issue. The rooms to either side of us work fine.

This app just introduced multi factor authentication. This means, that to vote my child, at any time, I need a one time code. This code often does not send out in a timely manner, or at all. For this reason, i can no longer see my son on demand? And my wife and family are suffering the same problem. This company does not care about us or our children. They do not seem to address our needs. It’s essentially a monopoly, and it’s sick.

This app is great! I love being able to see my little guy anytime I want!
