AngelEye Health offers hospitals a secure, internet-based, video that allows family and friends the ability to interact with hospitalized newborns at any time. AngelEye understands the importance of keeping families connected to both their neonate and care teams. Our communication and collaboration tools enable providers with the ability to better integrate families into the care process.
**Not all AngelEye hospitals have access to this app.
(Currently Lehigh Valley Health, University College London Hospital, and National Maternity Hospital do not have access to this app.)

This is a wonderful feature for those back home! My grandson had to be flown to UT shortly after being born at our local hospital, and Knoxville is two hours away from our hometown. His mom, my daughter, had to stay behind, due to just giving birth to him, and then she had a complication that she would need surgery for to correct. This feature, I believe, helped my daughter deal with the temporary separation from her son better than if she was not able to see him at all. Plus; it helped that her husband went with the baby to give her updates. The combination of the “Dad Updates “, and this wonderful feature helped pull her through. THANK YOU to whomever came up with this wonderful idea and brought it to life!!!
