I pretty much love everything about Anthropologie except the app. I had 5 pairs of shoes in my basket and tried to checkout via PayPal. It has been 40 minutes and it’s still loading. Thankfully I used another device, tried again, wouldn’t load so I switched to Apple Pay and was able to complete my order. Problem #2, I tried to change my password, get the message to check my email for the reset, never get an email. I’ve tried this numerous times with the same result. I can’t sign in to checkout so continue as a guest. Certainly you can do better.

Anthropologie will be yours as well! Shop often! Love always!

I purchased an item before it went out of stock, then they cancelled my order because it was out of stock. Check your inventory before leaving it up for sale.

If it’s sold out - SAY SO! If it’s sold out, don’t let us go all the way to the part where we pick the size ONLU TO FIND OUT ITS ALL SOLD OUT!! Just pull it from the site!!! You guys are the absolute worst at this!!!

Like the store and like the products but really dislike the bait and switch tactics for their promotions. When you check out you discover broad categories of items are not elegible. Just doesn’t seem right So 5 stars for products. 2 stars for shady marketing :)

I can't checkout. I have deleted and redownloaded this app twice. There are 8 items stuck in my cart and when I go to clear the items I'm getting an error.

I am so frustrated. I loaded up my cart to buy several items, carefully going through the whole site and now my cart doesn’t work! I can see the items in the basket but when I go to check out, the cart say “0 items.” I have tried to reach out to customer service twice and I have not received any response. I’ve been shopping here for years and this is really aggravating. Please fix.

At checkout there was NOWHERE to add my gift card for payment. Was on hold with customer service for 40 min before giving up and hanging up 😤

I was trying to make a purchase today and I have 22 items in my cart. I go to click on it and it says it’s empty. I tried it on both my iPad and iPhone and had the same issue. It’s been going on for 10 hours now. I can see my saved for later, just not my actual cart to check out.

I can get into other web sites with no problem, but every time with this one, no luck. Very frustrating when you are trying to shop and buy
