‘Download the app for 10% off’ …. I didn’t manage to find this , expected it to be easy but no 10% off came my way !!

Can’t create an account and still not received my 10% for getting the app😕

I often buy a nice unique mug or a candle for my friends birthday’s.

takes a long time to load. had to restart my purchase three times before it worked.

So bad don’t bother downloading

I enjoy using the app , it’s easy and I can find everything I need quickly

I find this app not very clear and can be misleading. You don’t really get any perks apart from early access to sale items. I became a member last year and I didn’t receive the 15% discount code on my birthday as promised in the Anthropologie perks. Then today it said 50% off sale items which was clearly not true. I have no idea what the loyalty scheme is as it doesn’t tell you anywhere and you don’t seem to get rewarded for continually buying from Anthropologie- I buy all my clothes from them. I’m very disappointed in this app and find it much easier to access the online site via a search engine. It seems whoever made the app clearly didn’t test it out beforehand or ask real customers for advice. When you tap on Anthropologie perks it doesn’t give any extra information.

Let’s face it, the website is great but the prices are not!
