You can make it a steady habit by "planning, executing, and reflecting" each week on what you want to make a habit!
It can be used on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and you can sync your data with iCloud.

Let's decide what day of the week you will go for a run.
You can write down your goals so that you can remember your initial motivation and stay motivated.
It will remind you why you wanted to make running a habit.
● Do
You can check your progress and see the tasks you need to do this week. You can focus only on this week's habit, so you won't be distracted. You can see your progress visually with the progress bar and calendar. If you can't do a task that day and want to carry it over to tomorrow, you can easily do so by swiping or dragging and dropping.
● Reflection
It is very important to look back and reflect on what you were able to do and what you were not able to do this week. By objectively evaluating and subjectively recording and saving your thoughts on how to improve as a "Reflection", you can improve the accuracy of your habits each week. You can also check data such as the average and completion rate for each habit.

Lists can be edited by swiping and reordered by dragging and dropping.
