What an invasive charging approach. You don’t need all my data. Where is the Apple integration (credentials, Apple Pay etc?) Power is expensive and the app is missing many creature comforts of its competitors. Where are the live status updates, notifications, and general feedback? I’ve found a very popular provider that rhymes with mid-serve to be an infinitely better experience.

They force you to download this abysmal app by the tap to pay cards not working try debit card and credit card both with phone and physical cards did not work on any of the charges who gives these people licenses. The app is a data collection app literally wants to everything about you. Disgusting company avoid

Wow, setting this up is a mess and then it’s almost twice the price as Tesla open to all charging. No Apple Pay or PayPal options.

The UX of this app was barely an acceptable standard in 2010. The sign up experience is the worst possible. How can an EV charger app in 2024 not have auto-fill fields or better Sign in with Apple? What tops that is the fact there is no Apple Pay or even PayPal to fallback on! You have to manually add credit card details and do a payment verification. I actually gave up and drove to the next services.

Terrible “sign up” process. Excessive information required, including vehicle selection which doesn’t work. Also, payment process that resets before you can validate with your bank. Pointless tech loop fail. Do better. App deleted, will avoid charge points.

Don’t bother. After a long and tedious signing up process it rejected my credit card. Pay the extra 5p kw for a stress free life..

Probably one of the worst EV Charging network applications. Not only is the UI really poor, the UX is atrocious. Too many steps and required fields that are useless such as the model of the car, which in my case isn’t even listed in the app. Furthermore, the only payment option is a credit card - no Apple Pay or PayPal. And then there is a cryptic error message about my payment not being accepted. Plenty of money on my account so no idea if they simply don’t accept my card. No explanation whatsoever. As we all know, the number 1 rule of UX is to ensure great user communication. Appalling app!

If you register for uk it doesn’t show Ireland but if you try to register for Ireland it will only let you register in counties in the republic.

Couldn’t change email within the app …. Deleted it now .Tesla chargers are almost half price!
