Happily impressed
When I moved I had to leave SRP for the first time in 40 years because my new address is under APS. Needless to say I was VERY nervous about this because I just didn’t know what to expect and I’ve spent years on budget billing so the prospect of unknowns with my electric bill was quite nerve wracking. I have to say I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised!!! From customer service to savings plans to energy bills I am beyond happy to say I live APS!!! Thank you for much for welcoming me as customer and making this transition so pleasant for me!!

The worst
You as a company are the WORST. Hate everything about what you do. You are crooks and liars.
Utilities are too high!!!
So unfortunate that the utilities are so high people can’t even pay their bills
