Unreasonably High Rates
I like the app. APS has rates that are ridiculously high in the summer. This price-gouging is unfair and unreasonable. When will APS begin doing the right thing and stop the over-charging? Like the app. HATE APS.

Enjoy using the app to pay my bill check my balances and manage my account super convenient nice and easy

These prices are getting out of hand my usual bill was around $280 Now I’m paying over $400 this is outrageous.
