Associated Benefits Connection

This app needs to update because every since I updated my phone to the IOS 17.1.1 the app says my phone is jailbroken.

I have yet to be able to pay out on a payable expense. App quits at that step every time. I’m able to mostly manage the other aspects, but this barrier is so consistent that it makes the entire process dysfunctional.

Crashes often - especially when creating and reimbursing a new expense. It’s been like this for the eight months I’ve had it. Will it get fixed? Don’t hold your breath.

I’m pretty phone/app savvy and this one is terrible. Rarely works correctly. Too many steps to make a transaction when it does.

From a mobile perspective I am able to keep track of expenses and track contributions for the year. The mobile app is not as powerful as the website, however.

App crashes everyone you try to make a payment.

I pay $22/year for this and they charge the $2 fee like clockwork but the app crashes everytime I try to pay an expense since January 2020. How this app passed any quality assurance is beyond me? I think associated contracts with a different company for this and they should make this a priority to fix with their vendor. Instead I'm Notifying my employer and showing them the problem since Associated won't do anything. Lots of great choices for HSA's out there that don't charge anything and have user experiences that work.

So it could be a decent enough app as it has most of the features you need to process HSA transactions. It has one fatal flaw (at least) in that it crashes when you go to pay on your entered transaction. Very disappointed especially for the high fees this bank charges for its services

Touch ID got added today so that is good... Or it would be if Touch ID wasn't almost FIVE YEARS old already it would also be good if it actually worked. The design is also from 2008. Tell your devs to get with the times. At least a year or two behind would be nice. Not 5-10. My family switched to your bank because Wells Fargo is an ethically bad company. But all my siblings switched over to Ally pretty much right away because their apps are better. You lost customers because you don't care about your mobile experience. I don't know if anyone has told you but more than half of all internet traffic is mobile. Which on average means you are frustrating/losing half of your customers. HALF. Most likely closer to two thirds for banking traffic which does not mean good things for these apps. If you don't believe me just look at your average app reviews.

Please add Touch ID. Most other banking apps support this feature. Thanks in advance!
