ATGA DashCam

My camera connection disappears constantly. It does not stay connected. Ever! No point in having a dash cam with inaccessible recordings. How does that enhance my safety? I paid over a thousand dollars for a dash cam with useless software. So angry! Would give it zero stars if I could. When I try adding my camera again I just get the spinning circle of despair. Shame on you software developer! So many people with the same complaints yet there are still no fixes. Who has time to reconnect their camera every single time they get in the car? Get your act together and make your app workable.

It doesn’t work while the engine is off

1 star as I can’t select 0 Wifi on camera for connection is intermittent at best, and when it is working doesn’t give me enough time to connect to check on footage. The few times I have been able to successfully connect, there seems to be large gaps in footage which makes me worry that it isn’t recording or wont record during a incident. This may be a return to the dealership for my money back and buy another brand

Absolutely useless!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. It’s not user friendly at all and it drains the heck out of your car battery. I know dashcams use your car battery but I know people who have dashcams and have not had to turn it off or replace their battery 2 years out. I’ve had issues with my battery 3 times in the last 4 months after picking up my brand new car with this camera installed.

I paid $3000 to purchase this DashCam it and get it wired, I wish I could jut return it, I was misled. I was told it records live footage however I wasn’t told I don’t have access to it! The only way you have access to it is if you are sitting in the car and it doesn’t record and save anything unless there is a crash! So if you were outside you car you can’t just open your app and check your car, you need to go next to your car and connect to the camera’s wifi in-order for you to see any live footage, I call this useless, why would I need to look at the live footage if i am sitting in the car and be able to see everything with my eyes?

Stopped working within few days with sdcard exception. Replaced it and after some time again sdcard exception. Reformatted so many times and now will order another SD card to see if it will last longer.

What a poor camera and application with poor support. If I bought cheap cameras off Amazon would’ve been ways better than this luxurious expensive camera installed by Toyota.

We have had this for nearly twelve months, are unable to use it and have had no help from Nissan and the Dash Cam company. Never received phone calls when told they would contact us. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Bought the 200 DashCam with a new car and nobody can assist to make it actually work. The one star is because at least it’s small. Hopefully someone might be able to help me Front one was working now it’s not and rear one has never worked.
