Can’t access the videos. Says the mobile data will interfere and asking to turn off. When turned off, it do the same.

How do you view footage on your iPhone as I can’t add the DashCam or view anything that has been recorded. This beast is not easy to work with. And why isn’t the WIFI blue light not on the front instead of the end where the cables are.

Let’s cut to the chase, this app is terrible. I cannot view footage, trying to set it up is sooo painful! HONDA sold it to me as the easiest thing to use but I can tell you for a fact, it isn’t. Don’t bother buying it.

Worse app I have ever used.. always have to do something and never works. Waste of money when purchasing a car.

How the heck do you take a still photo with this DashCam. I’ve searched everywhere and read the instructions 10 times. Nowhere does it say how too. Please help.

Get a update this software is very glitchy and it does not allow smooth streaming of video

Seriously the developers of this app and the devices must be deaf dumb and blind as well as either stupid or just don’t care at all about the users of these. 99% of the reviews tell you that the app is impossible to setup so do something about that instead of just ignoring it and forcing people to contact you for help. That is seriously idiotic. Do better and customers might have the experience that they want and deserve rather than become increasingly frustrated by the difficulty setting up and operating everything involved. I agree with everyone else that this is the most user unfriendly app I have ever encountered. Honestly the other 2 positive reviews are completely fake and must have been written by the developers themselves. Nobody else can work with this!

Terrible so un user friendly. I actually hate it

Bought the front and rear 200 DashCam as part of a new van purchase 2 years ago. Eventually got the front one to connect to my phone app. Have never been able to get the rear one to connect to the app all this time even after a few attempts by the dealer.

My camera connection disappears constantly. It does not stay connected. Ever! No point in having a dash cam with inaccessible recordings. How does that enhance my safety? I paid over a thousand dollars for a dash cam with useless software. So angry! Would give it zero stars if I could. When I try adding my camera again I just get the spinning circle of despair. Shame on you software developer! So many people with the same complaints yet there are still no fixes. Who has time to reconnect their camera every single time they get in the car? Get your act together and make your app workable.
