Automower Connect

In previous versions there was an error reset button (for collision sensors, once stuck, etc.). Most of the time pressing that button helped the robot to get back to work itself! Now you removed it and I have to walk to the robot couple times a day to enter the pin and push the start button on it! That is a terrible decision to remove this button and not convenient user experience at all! I am frustrated to walk to the robot to reset it and really thinking of removing it from my yard. Please bring back the error rest button as soon as possible!!!

Works good so far after a couple glitches on the app/electronic side with updates. Definitely like waking up and the lawn is mowed already as I have way to much other stuff to do. Only a 4 star because there is always room for improvement no matter what product it is. 3 of these running between properties and they all look good! One mower was broken from the box but local dealer had it fixed within 2 weeks.

Developers should really consider adding some useful basic functionality, such as history of runs. App shows total hours of runtime, but doesn’t show records of runs so user knows when a new run has successfully completed. Starting the device from the app hasn’t worked once for me, and the only useful things seems to be to change the schedule from the app. App disconnects often from the device for no reason

Since the latest update my iPhone 13 Pro Max can no longer link to the mower. I have reached out to customer support with no luck. I have tried the power down wait 3 min turn Bluetooth off and on reset phone remove device factory reset. And now I have 0 way to connect to my mower. It just searches for a connection till it times out. Please fix this problem asap.

Need aftermarket support or lower pricing

I have had a 450 x for 5 years now, north of Toronto. Things have been a battle to maintain connectivity since mid summer 2023. It worked without a glitch prior to that. Supposedly all the the cell towers got upgraded last year to 5G. I have to drive it into town (15 min drive to pair it) It lasted 4 hours and disconnected again. I just spent 600 dollars on a new circuit board and it’s been updated twice this year alone. Dealers are dumbfounded as much as I am. Husqvarna has to reach out to these cellular providers on owners behalf because it’s like talking to the wall otherwise. It’s out of warrantee now and it cost 5000 dollars installed 5 years ago. Buyer beware…. Do the math.

Updates to the app in fall of 2023 means that this app will no longer work with iphone 14. Will work with earlier iphones, but even the dealer reps who had iphone 14 could not get the mower app to connect. This app Needs to be repaired! Something in the update of the app means the iphone 14 cannot see the mower. Dealer suggested I buy another phone so Incan use my mower!

This app is very buggy and needs fixing. Frequently shows incorrect Status on the Mower screen. The mower might be Parked but the screen shows Mowing. Thinking that the app developer forgot to add a refresh command to this screen?
