Automower Connect

In previous versions there was an error reset button (for collision sensors, once stuck, etc.). Most of the time pressing that button helped the robot to get back to work itself! Now you removed it and I have to walk to the robot couple times a day to enter the pin and push the start button on it! That is a terrible decision to remove this button and not convenient user experience at all! I am frustrated to walk to the robot to reset it and really thinking of removing it from my yard. Please bring back the error rest button as soon as possible!!!

Mon robot ne réagit pas avec les manipulations sur l’application. Pourquoi ? Pourquoi doit on faire des mises à jour sans cesse ???

Connection funktioniert sehr unzuverlässig über die App!!! App ist nicht sehr bedienerfreundlich. Dafür hat es einen Werbebutton auf der Startseite!!… Marketing => 🚬

Oft nicht responsive, crashed öfter und muss komplett neu gestartet werden. Perfektes Beispiel wie schlecht die Entwickler sind. Zwei Sterne sind fünf zuviel. Selbst dies Abfrage ist fehlerhaft.

Roboter startet gemäss Programm. Nachdem er eine gewisse Zeit gemäht hat (nur so ca. 30% kehrt er zur Ladestation zurück und lädt schon auf, obwohl er noch nicht 100% gemäht hat. Nach dem Aufladen mögt er die fehlenden 70% nicht mehr fertig, sondern meldet „Abgeschlossene Bereiche“ und wartet auf den Start des 2. Rasenbereichs. Was kann ich tun?

Plötzlich keine Verbindung mehr und alle Experten sind ratlos, da keine Verbindung mehr hergestellt werden kann.

app ist überhaupt nicht intuitiv.
