So unhappy
If have subscribed for years but continue to have issues and when I contact you you do nothing. Every time I try to down load an edition it has logged me out. I log in and it says subscribe. I know I’m subscribed so I hit retore. It either logs me in or tries to charge me again by offering a 1 month or 12 month subscription. I either keep persisting a few times until I give up or it finally realises i have a valid subscription and tells me it’s restored. On numerous occasions i have just paid for a month by accident assuming it would recognise my subscription only to discover it doesn’t and charges me again. As it seems to suggest it will be a recurring monthly charge I get SO FRUSTRATED that I cancel the monthly subscription immediately AS I OFTEN HAVE A VALID YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION. I can’t tell you the number of times I have had a valid yearly subscription and still been charged for a weekly edition when I request to download one!!!! I love your magazine but I am beyond frustrated. I demand someone check my account and refund any charge for a stand-alone weekly download normally $5.99 or a charge for a monthly subscription while I have had a valid yearly subscription at the time. I have contacted you 4 times at least about this issue to never once receive a refund, a sensible reply with a solution or a refund. To be clear after you arrange the refund IF you can resolve this I still want to find a solution that means I can simply download each week’s edition without risk of paying simply and without fuss.
