Autostradale

Today, 18 of July 2024, I bought a ticket before I flew from Denmark and when I landed, I waited for the bus going to Brescia. There was visibly no QR code in the email that was sent to me which I showed the driver. Instead of him to help me even after logging into my bank app and he saw the payment, he almost physically dragged me out of the bus. He shouted at me to my face and it was an embarrassing scene to watch. I started crying and most of the passengers came close and one of them was able to use the code to download the e-ticket. I have seen worse things but this is the worst I have experienced an a foreigner here and such a driver should be called to order. If you cannot help someone, shouting at them to their face is inappropriate and should be shunned. The bus is the 18:30 bus from BGY to BS(18/07/2024). Also remember, most people are battling with mental illnesses. Thank you.

Per favore, è già da un po’ di tempo che non riesco più a comprare i biglietti del pulmino autostradale (aeroporto di Bergamo - Brescia ) Il login non riconosce più la mia password. Ho provato e riprovato a cambiarla, mi convalida tutto, mi dice ok cambiata ma poi quando voglio fare il login in app mi rifiuta la password (password incorretta). Ha funzionato per anni ma adesso non più!!! Aiuto!!!

Ho acquistato 2 biglietti ed è andata in errore! I biglietti sono visibili dal sito ma non in app… neanche in email ci sono. Ho dovuto stamparli!!!

L’app funziona bene ed é molto bella e piacevole da utilizzare. Consigliata a chi vuole acquistare biglietti in modo veloce e sicuro.

Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento non è più possibile accedere all’app, non posso nemmeno aggiornare le credenziali (che comunque risultano valide de accedo dal sito web). Peccato.

Ho dato una stella non per la funzionalità del app che mi sembra anche ben fatta , ma per il servizio di autolinee scadente che offrite . Visto che avete implementato un app sarebbe gradito venga inserito un tracciamento delle linee in modo da poter sapere dove si trova un bus durante la sua percorrenza , in quanto gli orari che voi fornite sono solo puramente indicativi e come sempre in forte ritardo rispetto all tabella che voi indicate Milano lidi ferraresi percorrenza 4.35 di media sono 5.30 6 ore Oltre a questo mancanza assoluta di qualsiasi Tipo di informazione o contatto per avere informazioni
