Assinei por 1 ano a R$ 39,90, faz 2 meses, hoje dia 08/08/2024 abri o aplicativo e dizia que estou no plano básico, e que eu teria que atualizar por R$ 29,90. Vejam aí o que aconteceu, o meu não era o plano básico.

- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate.
- Payment will be charged to your App Store Account.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
- Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during your active subscription period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

No site o valor do plano ultimate é um, no ICloud nas assinaturas são outros (39,90 e 49,90r$) Mas não tem especificação desses planos. Atendimento é muito demorado, deveria ter suporte de att. para o Brasil. Deveria ter uma tabela comparativa dos planos!
Produto muito ruim
Tô tentando cancelar e o suporte não funciona como app tá conflitante com meu celular e dificultando até acesso aos apps de. banco.
