- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate.
- Payment will be charged to your App Store Account.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
- Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during your active subscription period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Stopped working
Apps stopped no vpn connection and makes inter hang and not load kick me off wifi
Not happy
I paid for a years subscription in June and now the app is telling me I don’t have this and is asking me to pay for premium, but according to my subscription info my subscription will be renewed next year !
Great security app
I highly recommend this security app which I have for my iPad and iPhone. I paid the annual fee and I have complete peace of mind that my phone and tablet can’t be helped in any way or my identity stolen. Customer care and very helpful if you have any questions definitely worth having a piece of mind
A five star ez
This app is so great, I’ve had some viruses on my phone and now they don’t even exist! Easily my best decision for security on my phone ever, thanks to the team.
Solid protection but hard to contact and keeps rejecting sites I WANT to visit
Add the option to whitelist sites on the app, and not by sending to “the threat lab”. I don’t want to wait forever for a reply that might not even resolve my problem or do nothing about it, I want the sites of MY choice available when I want them available. It’s ridiculous that every time I want to watch a movie or visit something that raises your eyebrow I have to disable Avast. This defeats the purpose of having the app. Also you make it incredibly difficult for free users to contact you (App Store review or Facebook???! Com’on dude you know better than that!.. I have all confidence in your products but for these 2 reasons I’m giving you 3 stars. Improve this and I’ll raise them.
Best app I’ve ever used
This app is the one app you have to have.
Deep security
My long term IT Controller recommended this security programme to me some years ago now. I have it on my desktop too.
slowness
lagged my phone a noticeable amount made it slower too
Terrible system
It tells you there is a problem but will not resolve the issue. Plus you can’t even send a message to Customer Services because of system issues.
