Why would I have to do a 2 factor sign in EVERY time I visit the app. Probably just gonna use desktop from now on. 2 stars for the feature to text "BAL" to that number so we don't have to use the app lol

You can’t tell a deposit transaction from a charge. The main transaction view doesn’t tell the source. When you return from the detail of a transaction, you are taken back to the top of the list. Seems like these issues would be obvious to anyone testing this ap.

Login process works great, actually adding an expense errors out. Kinda useless.

Made an account and then tried signing in, but log in fails each time. Very frustrating.

Please update transactions as PAID .... remove them from pending status once they have been paid ! Also , pharmacies in other countries ? They are still pharmacies ... they should fulfill all requirements and payments should not be denied. The drugs are the same as if purchased in America ...

I recently signed up for an AvidiaHealth account and downloaded this app. It is amazingly difficult and unintuitive to use. For example, I’m trying to make a deposit into my HSA account from my checking account, and have spent over an hour trying to find a way on both this app and the AvidiaHealth website — no luck. The only thing I can find — and it’s quite obscure — is a form I can fill out and send VIA SNAIL MAIL along with a paper check. C’mon, let’s enter the 21st century, folks. Similarly, the app informs me that I need to validate my account, yet gives no instructions on how to do so. Huh? The app really needs work if it’s to be a useful tool.

Does not work at all. Crashes every time I try to sign in. Worthless.

Love this app! Easy to use and navigate.
