Not good
JFK Location
Terrible service over 60 customers waiting for 2 counter servers. Preferred means nothing here!!! Ya gotta luv it!!!
Garbage. Both the app and the service
This app is the worst. There is no clear way to view a reservation or cancel one. Getting help from Avis is a joke.

cars have way too many miles, never the right type, and ZERO customer service. They listen to concerns and go out the other ear
No car
My flight was delayed, so I contacted Avis to let them know. I’ll be arriving in Syracuse late at night. I was told that it would not be an issue and I am a preferred customer. Upon arrival there was no attendant and no car, I was forced to get a ride to the nearest hotel and spend the night in Syracuse as opposed to driving to my final destination, you took to New York. Not only did I have to pay for the ride to the hotel and the hotel room, but I had to pay for a ride back to the airport the following day to get a rental.. Terrible experience.
Useless
Can’t log in and crashes. Unimaginable in this day and age that a top tier brand has an app this bad.
Select car feature DOES NOT WORK
The select car feature DOES NOT work. Pure garbage. I’m going to Hertz.
Impossible to get a reservation without hitting a million issues
If I can return the car at a certain hour, tell me at what time I can. Don't just throw an ambiguous error.
Bah humbug
My preferred reservation was denied on Christmas Day. Then they tried to add 400 dollars because they didn’t link the reservation. What a bunch of frauds.
