AXS Tickets

I bought tickets for Coachella and guess what??? I can’t access them anymore. It’s keeps “oops something went wrong, try again later” during login. Horrible!!!!

Ar u kiddin me??? I bought tickets and now i cannot entered this app cause its always “something goes wrong” i cant resend my pass, how should i get the tickets??

Omg. I tried sign in with Facebook, Apple ID, mail. But I can’t. I just want buy a tickets 🙄

App said tickets would be available in hours. It’s been 2 weeks now. Tickets not yet in my app.

AXS logged me out as I was preparing to purchase a ticket. I logged in with the correct username and password, and received error messages that one or the other were invalid. Lost the ticket due to time, and now the show is sold out. This is as reliable as Ticketmaster (and that’s not a compliment).

Bought a ticket well over 39 days in advance just to have it refunded with out notice. Checked in to it and this company does it all the time with out explanation or with made up excuses. Shame since this has also impacted my views of the artist and venue since this is the type of company that chose to do business with…would rather pay the fees with ticket master at least I’ll see the shows I pay for.

It always thinks I’m a boy so I can’t buy tickets, even though I only try 1-2x/year. No one to help…

Purchased tickets do not show up unless you open the app, turn off WiFi, close the app, turn on WiFi, then turn the app back on. It took me 11 chats to find out. But now it works!!!

App not very user friendly. Should have a log in block up front. Have to search for it.
