AXS Tickets

When an event is sold out, they just let you wait, more then a hour, and then they tell you it’s sold out

Incredibly frustrating site and app. I can’t imagine people buying, or events being able to sell, tickets through AXS. Maps continuously need to be reloaded to find available seating and don’t provide a clear overview and if you ever were able to obtain a seat, checkout is constantly in error, not being able to process credit card payments. I did buy a ticket eventually but that never was uploaded to my app so on the day of the event I had to find out I wasn’t able to attend. Event organizers, do us all a favor and choose some other option.

It just keeps crashing. I’m not even able to get access to my tickets.

After buying 5 tickets a week and a half ago I still haven’t received them. They are not in the app either. I’ve sent several emails to the service desk but there’s no reply. Boo!!

Works perfect again after update :)

This app is the worse ticketing app. I have tickets I can’t get access to because it won’t let me create an account. I’ve spent 20 hours trying to work through their live help desk issue but it’s pointless. There is no real person available to help you. What a scam!

Absurd "service fee" that's almost as high as the ticket price. Unable to get a refund even if the show is cancelled. Not to mention the poorly developed app that is no different than a webpage and ia almost unusable on a phone.

After buying tickets on this app the past two years, can no longer purchase. App says there is a problem with my payment method. Credit card company says the problem is on this vendors end, not theirs. Please do an update to resolve this issue.

Not worth the space on your phone. It is worthless for buying tickets. I tried multiple times over two days to buy tickets. Finally was able to contact the venue during business hours and told them I had trouble with the app and was informed that I should never use the app, just call to buy. Just another deadbeat app trying to skim money.

I bought tickets through another reseller, created an account and accepted the transfer via browser. I downloaded the app but was unable to sign in to view my tickets. After chatting with a support agent, I was informed that the app wouldn’t work with VPNs. This is absolutely unacceptable. I thought TicketMaster was a bad app but it still works with VPNs. This lack of VPN support makes AXS even worse. Even one star is probably too much. A VPN is a necessity these days and the app developers need to update their app to allow it to work with most VPNs. And fast!
