Nearly every app out there will automatically remember your info and sign you in. Not this one.

I couldn’t believe the bad reviews this app got. Yeah I’ve had a few glitches here and there, and the scan for players club points is more finicky than to check the ticket, but it’s so convenient to check tickets at home. A couple suggestions tho. Why can’t we scan once for check and have it automatically entered into players club? Also it woud be nice to have the “how to play“ section actually tell you how to play instead of saying go to the website. How hard would it be to have the instructions right there in the app. These last 2 points are why I took a star off.

Constantly freezing and crashing. Updates are abundant, but no fixes to this issue yet.

This app used to work but for the past month the sign in button stopped working. I can’t sign in on the app anymore. I reached out to customer support and followed the steps the suggested would fix the issue. Still didn’t fix the issue. They said they would route it to some other group and never reached back. I don’t get it. The sign in button just keeps spinning and I can’t click on it anymore to sign in.

The Lucky Lounge is a terrible name for a bunch of games that don’t pay out and require you to log out and log back in because games won’t reload. And hey developers… why would you have games on there that can pay out LESS than the wager. That’s just crazy. These games are garbage. This app is garbage.
