This app is absolute garbage I’m not sure who the developers are but they need to be fired. This app runs like it’s 20 years old with dated technology and features. It’s not easy to navigate and doesn’t work most the time.

The sign in button keeps spinning not allowing me to sign in to check my winning tickets. Garbage! Ridiculous to have to sign in to check tickets anyway. Get it together!

The is no reason for that other than to track you.

The pina calada Cabana glitch was perfect you had people constantly using the app and playing games. Now it’s gone I barley touch the app. I’m not sure why you would get rid of something the 100% benefited the app and the lucky lounge. Screen time on the lucky lounge alone was like 5 hours a day now it’s 5 minutes. I’d say put the glitch back not only to get clickbait’s and screen time back up but to have people wanting to play the lucky lounge and not looking past it.

lol at this app. I have been a loyal user for many years, often putting in 100+ entries into drawings and have never won a single time. Def super sus…

Nice to play additional games. Great time burner. I have entered over 1000 tickets last 2 year been In drawings with well over 600 entries. Have not won yet. But hope is still there. I’m 29 and been buying since I was 21 I put my extra left over spending funds for the week to a relaxing ticket scratching Friday night. Today was my highest win ever on a scratcher! 250$ from 5$ ticket! Sure puts the faith back into AZ Lottery!

The worst lottery app. Why not scan tickets for winners and players club at the same time? Scanner is “down” from midnight to 4 am? Why? Players club games continually hang. Can’t scan more than 5 tickets at a time for submittal. Can’t list the winning numbers on the same app? I have only scratched the surface on this!

I received a notification to log out as the app had been updated, now the log in button just spins and spins. i can never log in, it's been days. what is going on??

Received an app notification to sign out and sign back into the app. Now the app just keeps showing an error ‘Unable to sign in’. Please stop creating more problems with this app. It was working fine before the last update.
