A fantastic all round pregnancy app - I love the daily bites and pelvic floor guided exercises, they make it so easy to do. Plus the yoga is great. Tammy in particular is fab. Haven’t tried any recipes yet but have asked a few questions to Bella and received great responses. Going to try one of the workouts in the gym this weekend :)
Every time I’ve gone to workout the exercises never load.
This app is amazing - I’d been struggling to get into a health and fitness regime and it does everything for you with great workouts - peloton for pregnancy!

I’ve been using the app for a while now and I love it so much. It’s been such an amazing experience to have all the resources. And now with Bella - OMG she’s the best. It’s so helpful to be able to ask her any questions I want at any time of the day or night. She gives me really great answers and it’s made me feel so much less anxious. Thank you!!!!
We checked it most mornings together to see how our baby was developing and it really helped me understand what her body was going through.

This app is amazing! I used it for both my pregnancies and I loved knowing what exercises were safe to do at each stage of my pregnancy. It’s also great for pelvic floor motivation and recipe inspiration. By far the best pregnancy app out there, and definitely worth the subscription.
Thank you for being there before and after the birth. Gave me confidence and control, positive mood and inspiration.
That’s what I needed this time. Light exercises for my twin pregnancy and yoga. + information and nutrition meals 😊 I always was fit and went to the gym before pregnancy but stopped since I found out that I’m pregnant and now as I passed the 1st trimester I can actually start working out again. Only one problem was that I wasn’t sure that kind of exercises won’t hurt me and won’t give me any risk to my pregnancy so I’m glad that I found this app :) Also it’s only about 10£ annual subscription! Definitely will be using it.
