Es totalmente a funcional. Gente que está buscando habitaciones en Barcelona o Valencia me escriben a mi, porque la app no filtra bien las localizaciones. Por otro lado, los que me escriben no me llegan las notificaciones. Tampoco les llegan a ellos las mías, así que he pagado 40€ por anunciar dos habitaciones y resulta ser que cuando contesto a la gente que me escriben, no se enteran que les he escrito. FATAL! Es una app desastrosa.
Te hace pagar por todo tipo de interacción , bloquea cualquier forma de contactar ajenos a ellos. Y para colmo intento dar de baja la cuenta y no te lo permite.
Es desgastante poner filtros y que te aparezcan anuncios con los filtros que colocaste igual. Por ejemplo “que acepten mascotas y parejas” y el anuncio “no parejas, no mascotas”
Para mí es una estafa, te hacen pagar para nada, por qué no te dan apoyo en nada. Tienes alguna pregunta y todo sin excusas y respuestas sordas. No recomiendo para nada es un quita dinero.
Te envían solicitudes, pero solo puedes contestar si activas el gold
Funciona genial y es de gran ayuda tanto para buscar inquilino como para encontrar habitación! Mejor que Idealista 👍
