balance — Menopause Support

So much respect for Dr. Newson and her team for all they are doing to empower the world to take charge of their health ❤️

A big “meh”. Installed this app looking for help to track peri-menopause cycles. App is ok, doesn’t crash or anything. My disappointment is that I enabled notifications hoping to get reminders of cycles, instead I get a barrage of intrusive “read this”, and “have you given us your data lately?”. Stuff that sells them and provides no value to me. I also haven’t figured out how to get any useful analytics out of it. And why does this app require access to my contacts?

Is there a bug with sign up? I can’t get past the password screen.

I find the app very useful to track all of the symptoms that I have so that when I go to my doctor it can easily be described. And there is so much good information that the app provides in terms of perimenopause and menopause! Thank you!

Love this app, full of great support, advise and support even extras that you can pay for. But I need notes in the symptoms section please! Some days things happen that need to be noted but can’t be added. It may not be menopause related but it could be important for overall health as well as early signs of something a medical professional needs to know. Please add this. Thank you

Love the app for insights and tracking, just wish it would integrate with data I already track on other apps and Apple health - period tracking, activity, sleep and food and drink is all in health data that syncs from other apps

The balance app- helped me to remember what I was feeling and the symptoms- it made it so much easier to talk about issues without talking- I emailed the go ahead of time so they knew what was happening over a period of time to then help.

no info on how to delete account as they just want your money

I paid for this app but it’s now not available in the UK so think I deserve a refund!
