Another star when notes is added or custom symptoms
Love this app, full of great support, advise and support even extras that you can pay for. But I need notes in the symptoms section please! Some days things happen that need to be noted but can’t be added. It may not be menopause related but it could be important for overall health as well as early signs of something a medical professional needs to know. Please add this. Thank you
Good but needs to integrate with Apple health
Love the app for insights and tracking, just wish it would integrate with data I already track on other apps and Apple health - period tracking, activity, sleep and food and drink is all in health data that syncs from other apps
Consistent- even when you may not feel it
The balance app- helped me to remember what I was feeling and the symptoms- it made it so much easier to talk about issues without talking- I emailed the go ahead of time so they knew what was happening over a period of time to then help.

I paid for this app but it’s now not available in the UK so think I deserve a refund!
Poor streaming
Very frustrating experience with videos not properly playing. Or reading an article and the app just closing by itself. Have tried the app on all my devices and keep getting the same issue.
Great app
A brilliant app very informative and helpful.
All records disappeared
This was great earlier in the year when I was tracking my perimenopause symptoms but all my records have gone after updating the app - extremely disappointing as previously I would have recommended the app, now I definitely would not recommend it. Keep a diary on a reliable app if you need access to your symptoms and dates later on - don’t rely on this one.
Free Help and information
Huge amount of helpful information on the free version of this, it has enabled me to understand what goes on, where to find out what I can do to help myself and how to go about collecting the details to discussing this with the doctor effectively. Thank you all.
