I consented to be debited for the trial period, my details were stored and I was debited for the next two month. I asked for a refund at the start of the 2nd month immediately I was debited. “per our platform's terms” I was not issued a refund. Full or partial.
Reading books on this app is so frustrating. The app keep kicking me out of books I’m reading which is normal for someone that hasn’t subscribed I AM A SUBSCRIBED MEMBER Also not reader friendly. Book doesn’t start from where I stopped reading. Always starts from the beginning. I keep forgetting to cancel my subscription, can’t wait to leave

I've been experiencing deductions monthly yet I don't have access to the books. I've sent a mail twice yet nothing is done to resolve this. The money that was deducted today was 3,900. I'm very angry and bitter right now. Please, help me out!!!!

I have tried numerous times to subscribe and all I get is “PLEASE WAIT LOADING PLANS “ and nothing ends up loading It’s getting frustrating almost 5 months now , I guess I’ll just look for another app to read books 🙄🙄
I downloaded the app ,I have used it before and I’m trying to login it isn’t working . I then decided to just signup it still isn’t working
After paying for the subscription and being confirmed, it keeps asking me to be a member anytime I try to open a book. Downloads are not working. Please fix this. The books are great, what’s the essence of paying and I keep getting asked to be a member.
I’ve subscribed to reactivate my membership on this app still the membership status remained inactive and I can’t get access to books yet over 5 days now.. all emails i sent none was responded to,same as Instagram support.. very poor customer service i must say. I don’t think I’ll ever use this app again💔💔 more like 1500 wasted! Cause it doesn’t seem like what will ever work till the month runs out💔💔
