Annoying requests for payments keep popping up even when I have a running membership plan… interrupting my read.

Lovely app but it keeps asking me to subscribe even after I have which is really annoying. Please something should be done about this so I can keep enjoying my readings.

I read this book with expectations and it was met beyond what I can capture in words... They are daily reminders to STAND and to have a voice in the face of slut shaming, Patriarchy, racism, rape or anything that tries to take away your humanity by whatever name it goes by. I consented to be debited for the trial period, my details were stored and I was debited for the next two month. I asked for a refund at the start of the 2nd month immediately I was debited. “per our platform's terms” I was not issued a refund. Full or partial.

Reading books on this app is so frustrating. The app keep kicking me out of books I’m reading which is normal for someone that hasn’t subscribed I AM A SUBSCRIBED MEMBER Also not reader friendly. Book doesn’t start from where I stopped reading. Always starts from the beginning. I keep forgetting to cancel my subscription, can’t wait to leave
