Idk how they suppose to reduce usage of cash in EU, but commissions on paying in EU countries with national currency are pretty high. It is much more profitable to change cash in local exchange offices. I think it’s hypocrisy

Well, when it comes to using digital services in Europe, it seems as if the technological progress stuck at least 10 years ago. And though Bank Austria isn’t the worst, it isn’t much user-friendly either. Would give it a solid 3, but since it doesn’t even support Apple Pay… No wonder Austrians are afraid of digital means of payment

For some reason when I click „mobile wallet“ the loading the wheel starts indicating loading, but eventually nothing happens. I cannot set up Apple Pay.

app is useless at the moment, because i get tan notifications, but when i open the inbox, it‘s empty. can‘t authorize any payments.

The app doesn’t allow my screen reader to have an overview or access any of my accounts.

I want to know where can I immidatly logout, when I finish my transaction? I coud not find it, and that is security looking bad.

Supposed to be able to get TANs for PC without logging in. Also, logs you out way too quickly, so you have to enter PIN again. I know these extra layers prevent fraud, but I could literally walk to the bank quicker and settle my transactions.

Ja wenn es gibt noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie zBsp Log off Symbol direkt oben auf der Startseiten, weil man ja oft nur Kontostand schauen möchte und wieder ausloggen. Hatte noch nicht alle Funktionen ausprobiert, aber Gratulation es ist eine sehr gute App geworden. Schöne Grüße

This is prompting me to chance my bank. Ridiculous security settings, online support is not helpful and root. I am off to bank with another bank!

Too much information asked for (kind of ridiculous to have to scan the hologram on the back of your DR card). “ATC number”: no explanation; had to call your hotline. Hotline: no choice of languages (very minimum, besides German: English). Automated Answering svc: individual segments too long, somewhat difficult to understand. No shortcuts to a human (such as: “to talk to one of our svc reps, push 9” or something like that). My answers (such as a simple “ja”) obviously were not understood (svc had to rerun the tape several times). Hotline—- Human: Finally was connected to a human: Mr Kostić. Most helpful. Took plenty of his time to take me step by step through the process. Great help with assigning temporary ATC.
