Worst banking application

This is the worst banking app I ever used 🤮

Would really appreciate if you could add biometric access facility’s like face id or finger print scanning cause its a hassle every single time using login details and passwords

Very bad user friendly and most loading app

100% useless application, all the time displayed couldn’t connect to the server issue. One of the worst application I ever used in my life for mobile banking

Everything messed and disgusting. Even can’t the logging when I need. Not recommended anymore

I’ve been using this app for 4 years, and it’s the worst banking app I’ve ever encountered. It’s outdated, slow, and has seen no improvements over the years. The interface is awful – clunky, hard to navigate, and looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. The app offers only basic functions, with no feature like biometric login. Worst of all, there’s no way to withdraw a fixed deposit through the app, which is a basic service that should be offered. The graphics are ugly, with an outdated design and poor color choices that look unprofessional. Performance is another issue. The app is slow, crashes often, and freezes during simple tasks. On top of that, there have been no updates or new features for years. Overall, this app feels neglected and outdated. It desperately needs a complete redesign and feature update to be competitive in today’s digital banking world.

The worst app ever i see cant use this app even everything not easy to use

This app is an absolute failure. It’s like it was programmed to crash at the most inconvenient moments. It’s impressive how this app perfects downtime and crashes. A few months ago, this app had more downtime than actual working time. Nearly after 3 days of glorious downtime, the app finally managed to generate a transaction receipt with the wrong transaction status. This not only made me late in submitting some important documents but also wrecked the trust I had built up over years, because no one other than a BOC customer believes a three day app crash excuse.

The badest bank app in the srilanka. I hope top no list in the world. When we need to transfer it take more time. Because need to add beneficery and need to come another place to pay again. Best thing is now there is no showing assest. Not showing balance if my accounts. All apps are same. Trasnfer fail/ after transfers not updste as transfered. It updste next daye. So much of bad things. Which people work in thus company??
