I emailed twice! No answer. U don’t care about your customers.

Old school app
Try to develop the app still in old condition weird options in the app no new futures even now I can’t open it and saying update required so when I came to App Store it shows no update please do something good for your customers.
Please improve app speed
I’m using more than one year still the speed and other options not improved. Please try to add more features. Thank you
Complication-Third party transfer
Very limited banks available in the app when adding beneficiary from other banks. Need to make third party transfer system process well facilitated and easy. Only one OTP TRX can be done because I’m receiving it only once to my number per day. Other options are great up to now.
