I’m using iPhone. The download button now can only view the credit card statement, cannot export/save the CC eStatement. Not consistent with bank statements which can be downloaded. Please improve your app. Thank you very much.

giro things need update. credit card repayments needs more detail. why after repayment date it's still not deducted?

Able to login using web browser but not mobile app despite keying in the same user name and password. Kindly fix this issue even before launching an app.

It took me 5 hours queuing in the branch to open an account. When logging into online bank, surprisingly to see such an old school web UI which only exists 10 years ago. Now installed the mobile app and hope to have a better experience. However I have tried few days but not able to login. Error messages such as invalid certificate, invalid user and password. Giving up using this app.

So many people feedback on the login issue, still don’t want to solve?

Trying to register as a new user but only available for debit card user as there is no credit card option in the registration page !

I have tried so many times to log in first time but not successfully. Totally not friendly user.

Mobile login is different from online login. This is so ridiculous. still need token to login and if the error msg does not even tell you what is wrong when you cannot login. A few times of invalid login will lock you out and cannot even unlock your access if you called in the customer service 👎

Mobile app interface is incredible old school, not to mention how cumbersome it is simply to set up an account to view your credit card information. They took 1 month for the credit card application, after which requests you to go down to the branch to create a online account to view the statement. THEREAFTER they ask you to sign a 3-4 forms simply to be able to receive notification of your credit card information on the app and email. unbelievable backward procedures and processes for a bank in this digital age.
