Bank of Scotland Business

Over last few months have had several noisiest just trying to access app. Tap on app and keeps authenticating device. Deleted and reinstalled and this caused so many problems getting authorised to access app. Has just happened again. I have another account with RBS and never have had an issue. Also BOS app also always takes longer to authenticate device. Design fault. Think will now have to delete and reinstall again.

What a load of nonsense. Can’t take screenshots on my phone logged into and app with my secure password. If it was my choice I’d be moving banks

Current version often hangs (terminally) when trying to set up a payment to an existing payee once I’ve selected the payee from the saved list. Didn’t used to have any problems but I think a recent update has broken something. Please check.

The app was good until last updated. Now you can only make 1 payment at time and the app then crashes into a loop you will need to shut it down and reopen the app if you need to make another payment . Pure waste of a good app .

I use screenshots as a handy confirmation tool and a record of actions completed on the app, but they’ve been blocked. The chat team told me it was for ‘security’, and then told me I could still take a screenshot by logging on via mobile web and screenshotting the web page. But mobile web feels less secure to me than app, so I feel like I’m being forced down a less secure channel, bizarrely.

Moving to a business account from a personal account and i have no idea why it is so complicated! I’m told i can not bank my takings into my personal account and i must open a business account. I applied for one in January and by the end of may I finally receive all the cards, card readers and pin codes. I get myself logged in and now the app won’t work, it just invites me to open an account and takes me to the main website. Wish i had used a different bank. I would not recommend Bank of Scotland business banking or their app to anyone.

App just says error 4635 when you enter your log on details and then says that you have logged out automatically. Useless. Which modern bank doesn’t have a working iPhone app.

This app worked well to start with - but now it swaps from one account to another when making a payment. This could have had very serious consequences had it not been noticed. It is nearly 3 weeks since being reported and it has not been resolved yet. Very unhappy.

For over 4 years I cannot access my account with your app, like many customers. When are you going to sort this. I’m about ready to move banks as sick fed up on not being able to do banking on the go. BOS couldn’t care less about Business customers.

I’ve been trying to log into this app for more than 6 years, reported it at least 3 times.. however all I get is a report code 4865 when trying to log in after updating and even 3 different phones. The bank have been zero help, it’s enough to move banks after 20+ years with them 🤬
